Three decades in HR taught me that most workplace problems are really conversations that never happened. Coaching gave me a proper framework for having them. Watercolour reminds me, every weekend, that not everything can be controlled and that's usually where the good part starts.

I've spent thirty years inside diverse sites working across talent strategy, leadership development, and the quieter work of helping people navigate change. A few years ago I trained as an ICF-aligned coach to go deeper with individuals than an HR role usually allows.

Painting came almost by accident . A chance meeting with a Studio Owner and a short course that turned into a discipline. Watercolour doesn't forgive overthinking, which makes it the perfect counterweight to a career built on careful planning.
